Susy Albani is a Welcoming and Orientation Specialist, who has been living in Milan for over 25 years.

She is fluent in German and English, in addition to her mother tongue, Italian.  She honed her communication skills through her degree in
Foreign Literatures and Diploma in Interpreting.
After years spent working for major multinational companies such as Bosch, Thyssen and Beiersdorf and organizing social gatherings and events,
Susy now enjoys welcoming people of all nationalities to her city, for which she has a real passion.
She chose the Needle, Thread and Knot as the symbolic logo for her company.

Like the famous sculpture in Piazza Cadorna created by the artists Oldenburg and van Bruggen, which was meant to metaphorically represent the three tube lines connecting the urban tissue, Susy’s Welcoming Services aims at connecting newcomers to all the useful and available solutions that Milan has to offer.
